11-9. Rates of Pay

Driver education teachers employed in a program outside of their regular work hours shall be compensated at the higher of the non-instructional rate or their effective hourly teaching rate for all classroom and road driver education work. the BOARD and the UNION shall jointly advocate for mutually agreeable legislative or administrative rule changes necessary to making these payments pensionable.
