14-1. Safe and Healthful Working Conditions

Bargaining unit employees shall work under safe and healthful conditions. Consistent with the Comprehensive Non-Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation Policy, bargaining unit employees have the right to work and learn in an environment that is free of discrimination, harassment and retaliation.
