14-14. Community Violence Response

The BOARD shall take the following steps to address the impact of violence in school communities:

1. Provide up to ten (10) Employee Assistance Program counseling sessions per benefit year to CPS staff.
2. Provide resources on trauma and mental wellness for bargaining unit members to support healing and offer strategies for managing trauma and promoting well-being.
