14-24. Prohibition on Recording Classes

Video recording and audio recording by either the educator or evaluator is prohibited during any part of REACH observation or for the purposes of monitoring class instruction, except in accordance with the CPS Staff Acceptable Use Policy (CPS Policy Manual, Section 604.1), or, with the teacher’s consent, for teacher preparation, professional development, coaching, licensure or credentialing processes, virtual instruction, or similar uses.
