17-21. Preschool-2nd Grade REACH Addendum

The BOARD, by mutual agreement with the UNION through the Joint Committee on Early Childhood Education, shall develop training materials to be used annually to support school leaders in understanding the Preschool-2nd Grade REACH Addendum.
