17-27. OECE Professional Learning Specialists
17-27.1. Vacation Requests.
Professional Learning Specialists vacation requests of one week or less shall not be denied by the Board absent reasonable justification, in accordance with the Board’s Paid Time Off Policy and departmental expectations.
17-27.2. Performance Evaluation.
The BOARD shall maintain the status quo terms concerning performance evaluation for SY24-25 The BOARD and the UNION shall, by no later than June 30, 2025, bargain a performance evaluation framework for Professional Learning Specialists by mutual agreement.
