17-5. Early Childhood Substitute Teacher Assistants

The BOARD shall establish a pool of substitute teacher assistants qualified to serve early childhood classrooms and shall staff the pool at sufficient levels to meet early childhood classroom coverage needs across the school district. At the beginning of each school year, principals shall consult with their PPC on efforts and strategies to plan for teacher assistant coverage at the school-level.
