2-2. Recruiting Plan

By January 1, 2025, the BOARD shall engage in good faith consultation with the UNION on the BOARD’s systemic plan designed to search for and recruit a racially diverse pool of candidates to fill positions. These efforts shall include training of principals and head administrators regarding the implementation of the BOARD’s plan. The BOARD and the UNION shall meet quarterly to discuss the plan and assess its implementation. The BOARD shall share relevant data with the UNION as part of the implementation assessment.
