20-8.1. SSM Updates.

The BOARD shall accurately update SSM to reflect every school a Physical Therapist serves.

20-8.2. Required Assessment Materials.

Physical Therapists will identify the required assessment materials via an online survey, and the Office for Students with Disabilities will distribute them accordingly.

20-8.3. Equipment List.

The BOARD shall support the development of an inventory and tracking system to monitor equipment in the district as it relates to adaptive seating, positioning and mobility.
