28-5. Funding

The BOARD shall provide $35 million in SY25 to fund the costs associated with providing class size relief to meet or exceed the class size limits in Article 28-4. Effective SY26, the BOARD shall provide $40 million each Fiscal Year for the duration of this Agreement to fund the cost associated with providing class size relief to meet or exceed the class size limits in Article 28-3 and 28-4.
