44-26. Lactation Breaks

Each principal or head administrator shall provide reasonable daily break time to an employee who needs to express breast milk. The break time shall, if possible, run concurrently with any break time already provided to the employee. Each principal or head administrator shall provide employees with a private and clean space (other than a restroom) with the capability to lock the door, in close proximity to their work area where they may express their milk in privacy.
