6-24. Nomination and Election of Department Chairs

Principals shall solicit the input of department members prior to nominating department chairs. The principal shall nominate one (1) or more candidate(s) in each department to serve as department chairs. Faculty members in that department will conduct a secret ballot vote to elect/confirm the department chairs.
