9-2. PSRP Professional Support and Evaluation Plan

The parties agree that the BOARD shall follow its PRSP Performance Evaluation Guidelines as customized for various employees within the bargaining unit, in place as of July 1, 2024. Effective in the 2025–2026 school year, non-probationary PSRPs who are rated unsatisfactory shall be afforded a mutually agreed-upon remediation opportunity that shall be no less than 60 days and include a mid-point conference. If the non-probationary PSRP is rated “proficient” or better at the conclusion of the remediation period, they shall have successfully completed the remediation period. These Guidelines shall be updated to reflect this mutually agreed upon remediation opportunity before the start of 2025-2026 school year.
