18-5. Appropriations

Six percent of each Fiscal Year’s Career and Technical Education Improvement and Perkins Grants funds provided by the State of Illinois shall be allocated by teachers, subject to BOARD procurement rules and grant guidelines. The BOARD shall use its best efforts to remove any impediments to timely procurement of materials and equipment.
