21-11. Duties Expected of Special Education Faculty

In directing the work of a special education teacher, a principal shall ensure that the special education teacher is not assigned any duties not related to school special education services. Disagreements over this Section shall be resolved by the special education teacher, the principal and the Professional Problems Committee.
