30-3. Commencement of Disciplinary Procedures

If the student continues to cause serious disruption as defined by the Student Code of Conduct, the principal shall commence disciplinary procedures in accordance with the Student Code of Conduct. When a student has been suspended, the principal, or the principal’s designee, and the teacher will take the necessary steps to continue the diagnostic review with the appropriate members of staff to attempt to determine the basic cause of the student’s behavioral problem and the corrective measures to be taken.
