30-6. Improvement of Disciplinary Policies and Procedures

The BOARD, through its principals and other administrators, agrees to work with bargaining unit employees, parents and appropriate agencies in seeking solutions to school and classroom discipline problems within the applicable provisions of the Illinois School Code, the Rules of the Board of Education and the Chicago Public Schools Policy Manual.
