37-6. Transfer of Sick Days

Employees may donate up to ten (10) sick days from their Grandfathered or CTU sick day banks to another employee who is suffering from a serious medical condition and who is on an approved leave of absence. An employee receiving a donation of sick days may not receive more than forty-five (45) days of sick leave in the aggregate from donor-employees and may only receive a donation once during his or her employment with the BOARD.
