44-7. Duties Outside Bargaining Unit

Bargaining unit employees shall not be required to perform the duties of a child welfare attendant, a special education classroom assistant or other job titles required to provide hygienic care to students and shall not be required to perform other duties outside the bargaining unit on a regular basis.
