50-2. Amendments or Modifications

In the event either party wishes to modify or amend this Agreement, written notice thereof shall be given to the other party at least twenty days prior to the consideration of said modification or amendment and, if said modification or amendment is thereafter mutually agreed upon, this Agreement will be so amended.
