  1. Psychologists, school social workers, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, audiologists and certified school nurses shall receive the following monthly increment based on the number of weeks of employment budgeted for their positions provided they meet the stipulated requirements for their clinician position (Illinois School Code, section 14-1.09):
