13-15. Coaching Stipend Schedule

13-15.1. Effective July 1, 2024, apply a 4% COLA to the 2023-24 Coaching Stipend Schedule. 

13-15.2. Additional Stipend for FY25. 

Coaches, elementary school athletic liaisons, and high school part-time athletic directors who received additional stipends from the Joint Sports Committee in FY24 will be eligible to receive an additional stipend in the same amount in FY25. These payments will be funded from the $5 million under Article 13-11 and will not exceed the payout in FY24. Newly hired coaches in FY25 will not be eligible for this additional stipend.

13-15.3.

Effective SY25-26, The consolidation and reorganization of the 5 tier assignment as shown in Appendix A.3D to this Agreement.

13-15.4.

The payments will be referred to as “stipends,” not “incentives.”

13-15.5. The District will work collaboratively with the Union to identify a list of district-run, non-athletic extracurricular activities staffed by stipended CTU employees by June 30, 2025, and will mutually agree on appropriate stipend structures for these activities by December 31, 2025.
