16-11. Pool Facilities

The BOARD shall inspect and assess the need for repair of all CPS pool facilities no later than the end of the first year of the Agreement. CPS and CTU will seek to collaborate with the Chicago Park District to explore opportunities for CPS students to access public pool facilities. When possible, CPS will consider the feasibility of making its pools available to community residents for water safety and exercise programs.
