16-12. Security Cameras in Gymnasiums

Security cameras in gymnasiums shall not be used for purposes of monitoring class instruction or any part of REACH observation. However, security cameras may be utilized in cases involving incidents that raise safety concerns, investigations into allegations of misconduct, or other incidents as required by law or district policy.
