Employee Contributions.
Employee contributions shall increase as follows:

To avoid increasing the employee healthcare contribution during the term of this Agreement, the annual benefits base rate (ABBR) salary cap should be raised from $90,000 to $100,000, effective November 1, 2025, unless the LMCC is able identify alternative commensurate healthcare cost savings ($3-4 million per year) for the district prior to that date.
