Appendix ASalary Schedules and Other Compensation
**Note concerning COLAs: Article 36-1 calls for a 4-5% COLA in each of FY26, FY27, and FY28,, and provides “If CPI-U is less than 4%, then the percentage increase is 4%. If CPI-U is 5% or more, then the percentage increase is 5%. If CPI-U is between 4% and 5%, then the percentage increase will be equal to CPI, rounded to the nearest tenth. The US City Average June CPI-U released in July of the preceding year will be used to determine the percentage increase.”
The rates shown in Appendix A reflect the minimum 4% COLA. If CPI-U exceeds 4% and results in a COLA increase of greater than 4% in any year of the Agreement, the parties will issue a supplemental salary schedule with the contractually required COLA increase applied.
